Unity Schools Partnership is a multi-academy trust of primary, secondary, and special schools across East England. They work collaboratively to raise aspirations, remove barriers, and ensure every child can thrive, while celebrating the unique character of each school community.
Within the trust, CUSP is a widely adopted, evidence-based curriculum now used in hundreds of schools across the UK and internationally. To continue scaling effectively, CUSP needed to replace its legacy CRM with a more powerful, integrated platform.

The Challenge

Outgrowing disconnected tools and needing a CRM built for bespoke, project-led sales
StyleTech was no longer fit for purpose. Data was siloed across systems; WordPress for marketing, Xero for finance, and manual processes for operations. This fragmented setup made it difficult for teams to collaborate, track performance, and prepare for the future.
CUSP needed a single platform that could:
- Replace StyleTech with a scalable CRM
- Integrate data across marketing, sales, service, and finance
- Provide better reporting and visibility for key steams
- Support operational efficiency and long-term growth

To overcome these challenges, we implemented HubSpot as CUSP’s centralised CRM, carefully migrating data and configuring the platform to support every department.

Migrated all StyleTech data (schools, contacts, deals) into HubSpot, with associations built between MATs and schools for clear visibility.

Imported 11,191 WordPress contacts and prepared email tools for campaigns (pending final sending config).
