A full audit of the existing HubSpot setup helped identify areas for improvement. At the same time, we scoped and built a ticketing system for the mortgage documentation process, making internal handovers easier and giving teams better visibility into process gaps.
We also reviewed their CRM activity, providing recommendations to strengthen customer engagement.
