Workshop
The first step was holding a discovery session to understand the key challenges the team faced with using HubSpot effectively, and what a desired future state looked like across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success.

Following the workshop, we then ran a portal audit to determine the reality of how HubSpot was being used, and opportunities for improvement.

Working with the Sales team and Data Analyst, our core focus was supporting the Sales team to be able to input vital data that supported current opportunities, but also the opportunity for renewals, which are crucial to the business.

A fundamental aspect of our work has been to improve the product information passing through the entire sales process so that the subsequent data and insight can be used to Up Learn's advantage.

The solution

Working closely with key stakeholders, we reorganised the platform to better meet the boards’ reporting needs, making sure the data was both accurate and relevant.
At the same time, we simplified workflows to improve the user experience, helping the team stay productive without interruptions.
