The challenge
Better are one of the UK’s largest online mortgage brokers and are advanced users of HubSpot’s full ecosystem.
With strong general technical expertise internally and day-to-day HubSpot admin in-house, they were looking to work with a HubSpot Consultancy who could help deliver strategic initiatives across the business.
Core objectives have been to drive efficiency, deliver improved visibility of performance, smoother internal comms, help convert more leads into customers and then retain them for longer.

Sales Management
One of the key challenges faced was how the telesales team and mortgage advisors were managed effectively and efficiently. One of the automations built saved over £20k's worth of time.

The huge volume of monthly mortgage enquiries provided Better a great opportunity to automate the process and save thousands of hours per month across the team. We looked at what was already in place and core challenges they were facing.

We then built a full ticketing functionality that allowed the transfer and visualisation of the internal processes needed once a prospect signed up for their mortgage. This involved automated creation, document reminders, and transfer of information.

Working with Better.co.uk on an ongoing basis, we have delivered a number of initiatives that are fundamentally improving how the business operates.
Key aspects of our work together has involved an audit of all existing HubSpot use and areas for improvement. This has been delivered in parallel with scoping and building a ticketing system for the mortgage documentation process to ensure a smoother transition between internal teams and to provide visibility into any areas of improvement.
We’ve also delivered a full review and recommendations of current CRM activity to customers and prospects.
Marketing Automation and Reporting have also been involved to deliver enhanced visibility to management of performance and improved efficiency of processes.
