Using the Forbidden Customer Portal
How to use the Forbidden Customer Portal to manage requests, track progress and keep project communication in one place
## Using the Forbidden Customer Portal
The Forbidden Customer Portal is where we work with you throughout your project. It gives you one clear place to see what is happening, complete actions, share information, and track progress.
## Accessing the portal
You will receive an email invitation to create your account and access the portal.
Once you have accepted the invitation, you can return at any time using the link below:
https://app.launchbay.com/
Please use the same email address that received your invitation. If you cannot access your account, contact your Forbidden project team.
## Your project dashboard
When you open the portal, you will see your project dashboard. This shows the current stage of your project, the work in progress, and any actions waiting for you.
Use this area to quickly understand:
- what Forbidden is working on
- what actions are required from your team
- what has been completed
- what is coming next
## Completing your actions
Some tasks will be assigned to you or members of your team. These may include providing information, reviewing work, approving a decision, or attending training.
Open the task and read the instructions carefully. Where requested, add your response, upload any relevant files, and mark the task as complete once it is ready for us to review.
Please complete tasks by their due date where possible. Timely responses help keep the project moving and protect agreed delivery dates.
## Asking questions and leaving comments
Use the comments within the relevant task to ask a question or provide an update. This keeps the conversation, supporting information, and decision in the right place for everyone involved.
If your question relates to a specific task, please add it there rather than sending it separately by email.

Sharing files
You may be asked to upload files such as spreadsheets, brand guidance, process documents, or examples of existing communications.
Please upload files directly to the relevant task where possible and give each file a clear name. Avoid uploading passwords or sensitive information unless this has been specifically agreed with your Forbidden project lead.
Meetings and recordings
Your scheduled project meetings will appear in the portal, together with any notes, actions, and recordings where available.
Please review the actions after each meeting and let us know promptly if anything has been misunderstood or missed.
Keeping your team involved
You can invite the appropriate colleagues to the portal so they can view progress and complete actions relevant to them. We recommend including the project owner and anyone responsible for providing key information, approving decisions, or attending training.
Need help?
If you are unsure what is needed, add a comment to the relevant task. Your Forbidden project team will guide you through the next step.
The portal is designed to make delivery clear, organised, and collaborative. Keeping updates, files, and decisions in one place helps us achieve the best outcome together.
